For large orders, please order at least a week before your event so there is enough time for production and engraving. If you are short on time, we also offer 1–2 day express delivery for an additional charge.

It depends on the size of the order. Most orders are cash on delivery, with full payment when the trophies are delivered. For very large or custom orders we may ask for an advance, and we will tell you upfront.
